Felix Porri was born in 1515, and received the Capuchin habit in 1543. For forty years he exercised the office of questor in Rome, where he was renowned for his wonderful simplicity, innocence and charity. Adorned with supernatural gifts he died there in 1587. He was beatified by Pope Urban VIII in 1625 and canonized by Clement XI in 1712.
